Write a SQL query for a report that provides the following information for each person in the Person table, regardless if there is an address for each of those people:

FirstName, LastName, City, State

Idea – 1

We need to join Person and Address tables. Inner Join gives results when both tables have matching PersonId. We need to return result even if a person does not have address information. So, we use Left Join – if a person does not have address information we only get first and last names.

SELECT Person.FirstName, Person.LastName, Address.City, Address.State
FROM Person LEFT JOIN Address
ON Person.PersonId=Address.PersonId;
